loaf of Breadsmith brand bread is made from scratch
everyday. The process begins at 2:30 a.m. with the mixing
of the finest quality ingredients, such as cracked wheat,
oat bran, cinnamon from Saigon and vanilla from Madagascar,
to name a few. The bread is then baked in a six-ton,
stone hearth, steam injected oven, imported from Europe.
Its even, radiant heat, creates a hearty, crisp crust.
Most of our breads are hand crafted without added oils,
butter or fat.

the door it hits you. The scent of stone-ground flours,
yeasts and just-baked grains. It is a world your grandfather
