Financing: We do not offer direct or indirect financing.
However, we do offer assistance with a prototype business plan
for third party lending once a Franchise Agreement has been
signed.

Store size: 2,000 square feet is ideal, but it will depend
on each site.

Royalty fee: 7% of gross monthly receipts, with a reduction
in following years.

Training: We offer a comprehensive training program that includes
the following:
* Site selection and layout design assistance.
* Six week total training incorporating our baking methods with
day-to-day operations.
* Proven system for mixing and preparing our recipes for the baking
process.
* Store organization and policies.
* Marketing, promotion and advertising ideas and support.
* Staffing requirements.
* Bookkeeping procedures.

profitable Breadsmith owners.

strategy, shared ideas and news from owners, managers, and staff
from throughout the Breadsmith system that will inspire
and teach you to be the most efficient Breadsmith owner
you can be.

statement (or complete online) to receive a Uniform Franchise
Offering Circular (UFOC).
2) Set up telephone interview with Breadsmith representative.
3) Begin due diligence to determine if Breadsmith is the right
fit for you.
4) Secure financing.
5) Visit Breadsmith Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
6) Sign franchise agreement and submit franchise fee.
7) Secure store location.
8) Begin site leasehold improvements.
9) Attend three-week training program.
10) Complete leasehold improvements.
11) Finish additional two-week training at your location.
