100% Whole Wheat: 100% delicious, 100% nutritious. This bread is packed with vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect healthy option for your family.



Apple Pie Bread: We stuff our Country Buttertop dough with chunks of apples and loads of spices! It's soft and sweet with a beautiful golden brown exterior. Makes a great dessert served with vanilla ice cream!

Austrian Pumpernickel: A slightly lighter version of our Pumpernickel Brick. Loaded with caraway seeds and grains, this whole grain bread evokes memories of the old country.



Beer Bread: Our recipe is a take-off of a vintage 19th century German recipe utilizing a classic dark beer. Beer Bread is an excellent accompaniment to meals planned with Scandinavian overtones, particularly ham or roasted meats.

Blueberry Cornbread: Packed with juicy, succulent Michigan blueberries. A wonderful alternative to muffins or sweet rolls.

Blueberry Lemon: The combination of smooth blueberries and
tangy lemon zest provides a unique breakfast treat. Makes great French
toast!

Brioche: This traditional French pastry-like bread gets its richness and tenderness from butter and eggs. Makes a mean French toast!



Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough: Not for the timid! Big chunks of hot jalapenos blend wonderfully with swirls of smooth cheddar.

Cheddar Sourdough: We take our tangy sourdough bread and stuff it with delicious sharp cheddar cheese. It makes a fantastic mid afternoon snack.

Cherry Walnut: Chock full of walnuts and tangy Michigan cherries. A touch of honey makes a great softer crust. A wonderful dessert option for dinner parties.

Chocolate Bread: Our Honey White serves as a base for this sweet yeasted bread. A splendid hearth-baked treat laden with chocolate chips, it's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chocolate Cherry Bread: We take our Chocolate Bread and mix in tart cherries for the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness.

Ciabatta: The name, which means slipper in Italian, was given because of its flat, oval shape. Break open the crisp crust to discover a light, porous interior. A great bread for soups and dipping oils.

Cinnamon Spice: A great mix of allspice and nutmeg make this soft-crusted breakfast bread best consumed with a cup of steaming coffee.

Cinnamon Swirl: A mixture of sugar and spice makes this bread very nice! Cinnamon and sugar is swirled throughout the dough to create the ultimate bread for French toast.

Cornbread: This traditional bread is just like mom used to make, before she found her local Breadsmith. A perfect accompaniment to a meal or toasted and topped with one of our delicious jams.

Country Sourdough: A derivation of our tangy Sourdough, it's full of hollow, golden caverns on the inside and subtly blistered with bubbles on the outside. Country Sourdough has a complex flavor that tantalizes the entire pallet.

Cranberry Cornbread: Hearty yellow corn, a touch of honey, and tangy cranberries make this cornbread a Thanksgiving must.

Cranberry Orange: This soft crusted bread with a subtle orange flavor makes for a delicious snack or after dinner treat.

Cranberry Sourdough Whole Grain: Whole wheat and sourdough unite with tart cranberries for a 100% whole grain treat. Celebrate the Thanksgiving tradition year round with a turkey sandwich on this cranberry sourdough whole grain bread.

Enjoy the benefits of great nutrition without compromising on taste. The flax seeds produce a delicious nutty flavor that's out of this world. And it’s loaded with vitamin B-3 and Omega 3.

Pumpernickel Brick: A dense caraway rye bread that is more than hearty. Our pumpernickel is a whole grain product and has a natural dark color from its ingredients - there are no added colorings or molasses.


Raisin Cinnamon: Deep golden brown, sweet and delightfully scented. Distinguished by Cassia cinnamon harvested from the remote north and west regions of Vietnam. Makes an excellent French toast.

Raisin Cinnamon Walnut: Our Raisin Cinnamon and Raisin Walnut were so popular we decided to combine the two for a great breakfast bread.

Raisin Cinnamon Whole Wheat: A 100% whole grain bread, delightfully sweet with the finest cinnamon and juicy raisins.

Raisin Sunflower: It's sprinkled throughout with chewy raisins and nutty sunflower seeds. Makes fabulous toast, especially when smeared with sweet butter.

Raisin Walnut: A hearty combination of walnuts, raisins and whole wheat flour. An excellent breakfast bread. Makes fantastic French toast.

Reduced Carb Breads: For the carb-conscious individual, the reduced-carb breads are made with soy flour and other ingredients to make them suitable for Atkins, South Beach, the Zone and other reduced-carb diets. Available in white, wheat, multigrain and raisin cinnamon. Load up on taste, not carbs!

Rosemary Country Bread:
We use our classic French as a base and add a hint of rosemary. A wonderful accompaniment to your favorite salad, or serve it with smoked meats or fresh cheeses.

Rosemary Fougasse:
Country style fragrant rosemary flat bread. We infuse the rosemary in extra virgin olive oil for a robust flavor. The kosher salt that tops it gives it a great texture.

Rosemary Garlic Ciabatta:
Great hostess gift! This bread was created in the Lake Como region of northern Italy. It is a very popular bread in Europe and is quickly becoming a favorite in America.

Rosemary Multigrain Sandwich Bread: A fiber filled bread with a hint of rosemary. It has phenomenal taste. (formerly Multigrain Light with Rosemary)

Russian Rye: Dark brown in color, this old-world rye is made with rye flour, honey, molasses and flax seeds. Great accompaniment to cream soups.

Rustic Italian: A customer favorite! Golden crusted on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Gently hand-kneaded to preserve the delicate air structure of the inside crumb. Excellent for sandwiches.



Salt Rising Bread: Take a trip back to the old country with this old style bread that is often difficult to find. Makes a great toast when paired with our fabulous jams and preserves.

Semolina Bread:
The essence of the American harvest is evident in this bread. Try it with your favorite hearty bowl of soup and make a quick, easy and delicious meal.

Sesame Seed Italian:
Our harvest gold colored loaves of Italian bread are sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. The result is a crunchy and delightfully scented all-purpose bread.

Soft Onion Buns: A great soft, yet chewy bun. The taste of onions perfectly accentuates meats like ham or roast beef.

Soft Tomato Basil Buns: Made with sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, this tender bun adds flair to any burger.

Soft Wheat Bun: Our soft, chewy bun made with wheat flour, wheat bran and rolled oats.

Sourdough: The quintessential American bread, golden brown with a thick, crisp, blistered crust. There are no commercial yeasts or flavorings
used. It is truly a Breadsmith original, using our sourdough starter dating
back to 1993.

Sourdough Rye: A classic robust rye with a golden brown, crisp, blistered crust. A truly European feel. Sourdough Rye goes well with fish, shellfish, ham and strong cheeses.

Sourdough Whole Grain:
This unique combination of whole wheat flour and sourdough is an artisan masterpiece. A great introductory bread for those new to whole grains.

Stollen: An eastern European specialty bread produced most often for the Christmas holiday. Ours is a variation of a recipe first used in 1486. A hint of rum gives the flavor depth and it is bursting with currants, golden raisins and almonds.

Stoneground Wheat: An earthy, full wheat flavor packed full of your daily dose of complex carbohydrates. Makes a great addition to breakfast or the perfect foundation for a hearty sandwich.

Swedish Limpa Rye: A flavorful combination of orange peel, anise seeds and caraway seeds result in a rich tasting bread. Perfect for the ultimate reuben sandwich.

Sweet Bellagio: The sweeter cousin of Ciabatta, its origins trace to the Lake Como region of northern Italy. Its thin, crispy crust and porous interior makes this bread excellent for dipping oils or sandwiches.


Toasted Onion Sourdough Whole Grain: Infused with the robust flavor of caramelized onion, this sourdough whole grain is delicious and distinctive. Makes a hearty garlic bread or the perfect ham & Swiss.

Tomato Basil:
California sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning and basil combine to make this bread fun for the whole family. Goes perfectly with any Italian meal.

Traditional Rye:
Its origins can be traced to the mountainous regions of Scandinavia. Hearty rye meal and fragrant Dutch caraway seeds provide its distinctive flavor. Goes well with ham and strong cheeses.

Tuscan Herb Formaggio: We take our Italian dough a step further to include mozzarella cheese and freshly dried herbs. This bread makes an occasion of any meal.

Tuscan Rustica: This bread has a unique crumb, texture and crust. It is chewier than our Italian bread. The barley malt in the dough produces a dark, earthy colored, aromatic bread.



Vanilla Egg/Vanilla Egg Challah: This rich bread is eaten most often on the Jewish Sabbath and all Jewish holidays (with the exception of Passover). Our traditionally braided challah is made with double strength vanilla and whole eggs. Also makes great French toast!
